      Pros

      - One of the warmest and most caring communities of people I've ever come across - Working with the team feels like 'home', the culture Snyk has developed is truly unique and a differentiator - Annual "All Hands" event pulling all employees together globally is a huge win - We get to be ground breaking in an incredibly exciting cyber-security space with amazing potential

      Cons

      - Rate of growth is fast and with that comes a lot of pressure, ambiguity and chaos. Only worth signing up if you're comfortable operating in an environment like that.

      - highly collaborative working environment - transparent communication amongst teams & executive leadership - various opportunities to add immediate value and contribute straight away - diverse & inclusive culture backed by executive team - flexible working hours/working environments

      Cons

      - Not an ideal place for someone who does not like a fast-paced working environment

      Pros

      The people!! At Snyk you are not just a number or another person you are appreciated everyday. You gain a sense of belonging from co-workers who appreciate the work you do but more importantly genuinely care about the advancement of your career, and your general well being. The willingness to help is something I have never seen in a company before. The desire to learn and collaborate with one another is great. Everyone is 100% bought-in to the company goals, product and success.

      Cons

      Start-up/ growth push. If you don't genuinely believe in the goal or have the ability to buy-in, this company isn't for you.
