      Leadership eroding culture, career growth

      Pros

      Cool product. Global teams make it interesting to learn from people from all over the world.

      Cons

      Leadership is disengaged, though one of the worst executives left recently which was a smart move for all involved. Unclear direction, eroding culture / values, and not a place for clear career growth. Bro culture is suffocating, office bullies abound, junior men taking cues from higher ranking men.

      Great benefits and smart, talented people.

      Cons

      Culture varies by team, no one way to describe across the company. Leaders are competing for a voice at the table leading to inconsistent direction, focus and alignment that cascades down to a frantic and fractured working environment.

      Amazing people at the IC and First Line manager level Pay is decent

      Cons

      Stalled Innovation. No clear roadmap and failed product releases namely CSPM, Too many new features sitting in Beta for extended periods of time. Knee jerk reactions to customers which impact roadmap. Poor Net Revenue Retention caused by overselling and too many product roadmap promises that then sit in Beta and never see the light of day. Wiz is beating them at their own game and can deliver in a very crowded market. High turnover of Exec Leadership. New CRO was there less than a year before leaving. Same with SVP Sales NA. And VP of SE.
