- The leadership has had to make some tough decisions around departures - these are happening all over the board and not unique to Snyk. However, the nature of the communications, the decision-making and execution around this demonstrate that there's an opportunity for growth in the role that Snyk leadership, particularly the People team, want to play in building a culture of trust and strength.
