      Still great people, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some very dedicated professionals.

      Things were a bit unstable for a while, it’s a heavy sales culture. It’s been very US focused lately

      Amazing people at the IC and First Line manager level Pay is decent

      Cons

      Stalled Innovation. No clear roadmap and failed product releases namely CSPM, Too many new features sitting in Beta for extended periods of time. Knee jerk reactions to customers which impact roadmap. Poor Net Revenue Retention caused by overselling and too many product roadmap promises that then sit in Beta and never see the light of day. Wiz is beating them at their own game and can deliver in a very crowded market. High turnover of Exec Leadership. New CRO was there less than a year before leaving. Same with SVP Sales NA. And VP of SE.
