Priorities change happens too frequent sometimes

TLDR: poor culture, under resourced—-Vast majority of employees are over worked and under paid, their appointed leaders don’t know how to lead, virtually no diversity, very very few women in leadership positions, leaders manufacture stress and anxiety to make employees work harder, a culture of leaders disparaging others in a group setting, sexist comments and humor was accepted, absolutely no training or onboarding support for new joiners, and yelling at employees was fairly common and acceptable, It was the worst work experience of my life.
