- Seasoned CEO and executive leadership team - IPO on the horizon - Sustained hockey stick growth - Solid financial backing - a ton of cash in the bank, and lots of investor support helping guide our continued success - A real opportunity for the company to define and dominate the dev-first security category - Friendly and positive work environment, with total flexibility to work remotely - Great colleagues around the world
Cons
- No 401k match - The 13% of workforce layoff in October, 2022 sent a bit of a shockwave through the company. Although it was a needed correction due to market changes, it was unsettling nonetheless. Management accepted blame for over-hiring during our "growth at all costs" phase.
