Pros

The culture is amazing and everyone is beyond helpful. No matter who you talk to everyone is so happy to help however they can. It's a fast-paced company so you definitely need to be agile and willing to pivot, when needed.

Cons

The only think I can think of is that it would be nice if there was a 401K match.
