      Pros

      There are great leaders at this company, if you find the right team! They will help you grow and coach you accordingly.

      Cons

      Their aspirations were their ultimate demise. They wanted to grow rapidly but were not able to support that growth resulting in redundancies and releasing a lot of great people. Hopefully additional investment will stabilise them and bring them back up to being the great company they once were.
