      Pros

      The people and mission at Snyk are the best thing about it. My peers were some of the best I have ever worked with. Great addressable market opportunity and kudos for redefining the market.

      Cons

      Like so many start ups that were valued at the height of the 2021 bubble, Snyk has to navigate numerous challenges as they navigate their scale up journey to IPO. They have lost a lot of good people and their GTM and product engineering needs a lot of focus.

      Pros

      Culture is great, product and field are really interesting. You can learn a lot and have tons of advantages like WFH, wellness and learning budget. It's a challenging environment with professional management. The best company I've worked at so far.

      Cons

      I don't see any. It's a tough market and you need to have the best product and pricing to be competitive so you constantly need to release new features, new products etc to be the best. That is sometimes challenging.
