      Working with smart people, who generally know what they're doing and with whom you have great conversations. There's a distinct absence of bad politics, which is surprising when companies start getting to a certain dimension.

      Cons

      This is transversal, but change of direction is a bit of a constant in the corporate world these days, particularly when it comes to AI.
