      Pros

      Over the years Snyk has made significant strides and investment to deepen its impact on developer security in everything from SAST to DAST and driving forward a balanced security platform with good DX. I genuinely appreciate this true-to-the-mission approach at Snyk. The people here are empathic, having a drive-forward attitude and always keep a positive attitude to celebrate wins and achievements. I've personally always been empowered to take action and drive forward with full confidence and independence as needed. My manager is very technically skilled which I value a lot, and extremely kind.

      Cons

      The company has grown quite a lot since I joined and it sometimes feels like a big enterprise that takes a process to move things a lot.
