Nice and competent colleagues. Fine tech stack

Cons

Snyk overhired and then started laying off people paying close to nothing as severance. I strongly advice people against joining a company so reckless and nonchalant about ruining people’s lives. People have been laid off after 2 weeks of employment (which means they were hired when the senior leadership was already planning to get rid of them).

- Competitive salary - Truly remote if you want it to be (no mandatory days in the office) - Great benefits - Interesting work - Amazing people to work with - Unlimited PTO (depending on where you live)

Cons

- No work/life balance - Long working hours (9am - 6pm, often having to work later) - Benefits inconsistent across the entire company (location dependent) - "Pie in the sky" communication from leadership
