Pros
Great community! Co-Workers are very friendly. The pay is very competitive. Work can get challenging (many opportunities to learn). They offer educational reimbursement. Work life balance is great! Have never felt too stressed. Great place to learn about CPUC regulations and the energy industry in general. Company is open to you switching roles if you're interested in a different field.
Cons
Work can get boring at times. Change is implemented very slow. Very bureaucratic. Some managers only care about what makes them look good. People are afraid to try new business practices.
