      Pros

      You will enjoy the diversity, camaraderie here. Employees treat each other with dignity and respect , Flexible Office hours, reasonable vacation and benefits. Good Pension plan apart from 401k

      Cons

      Vertical growth is not going to be easy here. Most of the employees have been working here for many years and retire with the company. No frequent company sponsored social events or Team lunches. They should do Team lunches at least once in a month.
