Business Outlook
Pros
While the company has moved more towards a "corporate" position from the "employee family" feel it had 15 years ago, it is still an employee centric place with great people, good pay and advancement opportunities. Annual bonus and competitive benefits are very good as well.
Cons
Company is slanted in favor of engineers as would be expected. The path up is slower for other ranks or positions. Work life balance skews towards the company more as you move up (as one would expect).
