      Pros

      This company is a gem. Great pay, benefits, bonus plan, talented employees, and flexibility with the opportunity to telecommute for many jobs.

      Cons

      Depending where you live, the LA commute can be challenging.

      Pros

      Good pay, decent work, you start early and end early (this is only from a part-time perspective). Get lots of exercise and meet a lot of people while working. A great company if you are looking for a safe and stable company to work for.

      Cons

      Whatever the weather or temperature of the day, you work. Also, since meter reading is going away due to automatic meters, the workforce is dying down and the job isn't as important as it used to be. To move to other positions you must complete multiple tests before they even consider you, even if you are the best person for the job. Same goes for seniority.

      Pros

      Very relationship oriented company, good benefits, rewards good workers, people tend to stay for a very long time

      Cons

      People tend to stay for a very long time so moving up is sometimes hard, slow to change, they job rotate director level and above so who you get as your director/VP sometime isn't very qualified
