Pros

The SoCal Gas staff is very friendly and welcoming. Since my arrival back in June the staff has been very helpful and supportive. They have made themselves available to answer any questions I have. I appreciate being able to get assistance from all my team members. Each week I look forward to singing the Friday song and celebrating the coming weekend.

Cons

As a new team member you can feel a bit like a burden to your busy colleagues constantly asking questions. It would be great to have a visual training aide (screen shots) to assist with the multiple systems needed in the department. Verbal direction can only get you so far and your hand can cramp from all the notes. I personally learn from others teaching me and applying what I learn.
