- very little growth opportunities for middle.mabagemebt - was se ugly harassed by one of their former officers - difficult to implement project management as many Directors have zero understanding of it and either do not know what they want, or demand things in a untimely manner - low current company morale. Senior leaders say they "promote work life balance " but it is a facade and many deman you work after normal business hours. To add fuel to the fire they schedule.meetings all day so you have very little time to do your actual work. - Some want to seem busy to put on a show. Hence the meetings. - Zero concept of putting employees first, you feel guilty for taking time off. - not an environment where they build up employees very little cohesive team environments. Very competitive.
