      Pros

      Pay is great but does not make up for those in management who are promoting those who are friends and family members in dispatch, which keeps the cycle of inefficiency a dominant force.

      Cons

      Nepotism lacks diversity and management caters to those friends and family members who do as little as possible but get rewarded with pay increases.

      You can succeed if you do well at your job. Hybrid environment. Surrounded by other professionals I can learn from.

      Cons

      You may have to extend your business network. Some managers are better at supporting than others, but in my experience, all mean well.
