SoCalGas has an amazing work culture that challenges you in your roles while providing employees plenty of flexibility with their schedule and providing opportunities to grow and knowing that the work we do directly benefits the local community.

Cons

Very large organization and can feel lost sometimes.

Pros

SoCalGas is a fantastic place to work. Not only do I have the best benefits package I have ever received (Medical, dental, vision, 401k, AND a Pension!), but I also have TRUE work/life balance that is supported by leaders who understand the needs of the modern family. The company also offers great professional development opportunities and plenty of room for growth. I have worked for some great companies throughout my career, but, I have really found a home at SoCalGas - I now bleed blue through and through.

SoCalGas is very "employee friendly" that recognizes employee achievements, offers resources for professional development, and allows for upward mobility within the company.

Cons

I have not experienced any downsides to working at SoCalGas.
