Pros

I've worked here almost 8 years, and every job I've had has been my favorite. I left another fortune 500 to come here and the leadership here truly looks out for me, has many resources to help me expand my knowledge and career and is even paying for me to get my Master's degree.

Cons

I wish pay amongst management was a little more transparent. I see other management employees who seemingly work half days every day and in my role I hardly ever get to work from home or leave early.

Growing as a Company

Pros

* A majority of employees are always willing to help out one another in any way, all it takes is a simple phone call. *As a company, the culture is evolving to a more physiologically safe culture as the focus is on bringing your whole self to work. *Excellent benefits and a hybrid work environment are a win-win and so many educational/training opportunities for career growth.

Cons

*The company is transiting away from the family-oriented culture due to the virtual environment. *Many departments work as silos and do not connect to examine related impacts or share best practices. *Launching of projects is a strong suit but executing and closing out of projects pose more of a weakness and challenges when working with employees.

Career Suicide

Pros

Provides the minimum tuition assistance.

Cons

Managers engage in discrimination. They withhold work and opportunities from some people and use the ICP system to engage in wage discrimination. Raises are less than half of inflation. Directors promised they would take work / life balance into account when coming back to the office. That was a lie. Some people reporting locations are being moved to 100 miles from they live. They talked about shuttles, but we have to ride public transit with rampant crime and fear for our lives. The culture here is very political and toxic
