* I get to work with a lot of very smart people, but there is not a lot of ego * There is so much room to move and grow * There are temporary assignments to try out new positions, and you can still return to yours

Cons

* Bureaucratic * People are not held accountable * Micro-managing by higher-ups (maybe due to lack of trust - unsure)

Pros

The company culture is inclusive and encourages personal and professional development. One of the few companies that still offers a pension plan in addition to annual bonuses. Lots of room for growth and promotional opportunities, and work-life balance is attainable due to generous PTO. Leadership is forward thinking and committed to investing in clean energy.

Cons

The org. structure is bureaucratic and sometimes small changes require many different people to weigh in, so things move slowly.
