SoCal Gas is an incredible company to work for. They offer great benefits, competitive pay, and offer endless opportunities for advancing your career. This is a company that truly cares for their employees, to the point of forming a family type atmosphere. As of todays date I have been employed with SoCal Gas for eight years, and could not be happier with my decision to join the team. Throughout my lifetime, I have experienced many different types of employment, and SoCal Gas is without a doubt - the best company I have every had the privilege to work for. For anyone searching for a Longterm career, that offers a plethora of benefits, I highly suggest joining the team.

Cons

I cannot think of one negative thing about being employed with SoCal Gas.

Great pay and benefits. Good culture among leadership team.

Cons

As a manager, it can be difficult to adapt to union employee culture. Trying to hold them accountable for poor performance or behavior can be more trouble than it’s worth and quickly backfire.
