Your feedback really matters to us as it's the only way we can continue to improve the employee experience. Manager Excellence is the top priority for our Learning & Development team - you may have left before we revamped manager onboarding, rolled out new manager learning pathways, and iterated on existing programs. Our goal is to make sure our managers have the tools, resources, and support to lead their teams and support their employees' growth at SoFi.
