Top heavy, lack of hiring in junior roles (everyone is always trying to get promoted)

SoFi has a great culture and seems to genuinely care about their employees. They provide a lot of employee engagement opportunities and are committed to helping people to get their money right, including their employees.

None. I really enjoy working at SoFi.
