      - Employee care & benefits are well established and preserved - Competitive paycheck - Employee benefits are top tier at least in LATAM - Well defined career path for Support, Individual Contributor and Managers - Globally distributed team, tons of cultures and people to interact with - Possibility to travel to On Sight events - Long term incentives to IC4 and above - Annual bonus payout based on performance - Internal mobility program to change teams/positions if desired - Space to develop/research/implement custom solutions - Well established hierarchy from Jr. dev to CTO - Transparency/Communication from C levels to all employees - Good enforced security standards to all teams - Equipment to work provided, Mac + full desktop setup - Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - Some product requirements may not be fully specified before start working on them - Requirements may vary based on managers/clients pressure over the deliverable - Layoffs/reorgs are unpredictable even after high earning years - Most High level jobs are US only

      Top-tier Fintech with outstanding benefits and growth

      Pros

      My experience at SoFi has been excellent, especially regarding how the company values its employees. The culture is mission-driven and there is a clear path for professional growth (I recently went through a promotion cycle where my dedication was genuinely recognized). For those in Argentina, the benefits are a huge plus: Financial Stability: The company provides regular inflation-based salary adjustments, which is a massive differentiator and shows they truly care about our well-being. Perks: We receive a generous monthly allowance for grocery shopping (supermarket voucher) in addition to our salary. Office Environment: The workspace is amazing. It’s a very pleasant environment where everything is provided—from great food and snacks to comfortable spaces that make you feel at home while working. Overall, it’s a place where you can build a career while feeling supported and well-compensated.

      Cons

      The pace is fast and demanding, typical of a high-growth fintech, so you need to be proactive and comfortable with change.
