      Pros

      I love having the opportunity to help our consumers get their careers right alongside people that I am happy to call my friends. The benefits are also top notch. I see myself staying here at awhile (no reason to leave)!

      Wish my manager allowed more flexibility on working from home

      Pros

      The people are very smart and the culture is one of innovation and change. The CEO is fantastic and creates a culture of transparency with weekly all-hands meetings.

      Cons

      Not everyone responsible for products/building are on the same page, so things are sometime prioritized incorrectly. Young staff can be dramatic and self-centered.

      Joining SoFi was like hitting the career lottery

      Pros

      It is exciting to work for such a forward thinking company. One of our mission pillars is 'Make your footprint big than your foot', this lived everyday. People go out of their way to think outside of the box, make sure something is corrected or simply ensure that our member are well taken care of. Each Thursday the CEO broadcast to the company for 15 min to explain what we are doing, where we are going and addresses questions from employees, really cool.

      Not a bad thing to say about SoFi.
