      Pros

      Challenging banking - enough said. Some very smart people in financial services, product and finally technology. Free lunch! Lots of responsibility - if you are adding value, you will get recognized.

      Cons

      Things can get stressful - and when they do, there can be some infighting among groups (capital and loans).

      Pros

      - Location is very nice. Building is modern. - Company is growing very rapidly so there are a lot of new initiatives happening. - Management has experience in financial services - so it's not just a few people who somehow got funded and try to figure out how to get into the market and make money.

      Cons

      - Rapid growth also brings a lot of changes in certain areas of the company. - Since it's a startup, expectations are quite high so it could get stressful at times.

      Learned a ton about the industry, competition, risks, and regulation changes. Great place to learn about structured finance and leveraged credit.

      Cons

      Challenging environment of constant change and turnover. Hard to understand the priority direction of the company and the critical mass needed.
