      Pros

      The new hire process was clear, quick and professional. I felt like an asset starting with the interview process through being onboarded. I have only been here a short time and have observed the culture and values in action.

      None encountered so far since I have been here less than a year.

      Great for career growth + bright future

      Pros

      SoFi has been really good for me personally. I've been given multiple opportunities to grow professionally, step into larger roles, and was rewarded with promotions. The EPD team is high quality: filled with a mix of deep tech professionals from FAANG and startup veterans. There's a ton of opportunity here for smart, ambitious people, and the company itself is just blasting off. It's going to be a fun ride.

      Cons

      Regulated financial companies have more compliance and regulatory requirements than other industries, that can be a drag at times. No 401k match.
