Hello! Thank you so much for leaving a review of your experience working at SoFi. We recognize the importance of taking the time you need to recharge so you can bring your best self to work, so we are glad you're enjoying our flexible work environment and generous PTO. We hear you on the 401k match - it is on the roadmap for future iterations of our benefits program. The rate at which we move (at SoFi and the industry itself) does feel intense at times, but that's because we are constantly learning, iterating, and innovating to continue positioning SoFi for success in the future.
