The company has a stated goal of having the best culture in the world. I don’t think it has been achieved (yet) but I can confidently say that this is the best company culture I’ve seen. Remote work, unlimited vacation time (I take about 21-28 PTO days per year), great benefits, and a diverse team have made it an incredible working experience. Work life balance is great; I close my laptop at 5pm every day (2pm on most Fridays).

Cons

The company is very careful with its headcount, so it is difficult to get more resources and support at times.
