Pros

There was opportunity to move up in the company; I never felt like I would forever be stagnated in the one position

Cons

Right before I left, the company started feeling very 'corporate' and lost a lot of the benefits of feeling like a small community

Pros

This company really takes care of you. Benefits still 100% paid for by the company, student loan payments (up to a certain amount) paid for you, gym membership, lunch, dinner, fully stocked kitchen, to name a few perks. The pay for what I do is more than fair, and I feel supported by my management team.

Cons

Many changes, all the time! This is synonymous with a start-up, so it's expected. Work/life balance is tough, but we all have choice to be here, and for me, it's 100% worth it. No 401(k) match, but that is to be expected with all the other benefits mentioned above.

Pros

Lots of growth opportunities, for this who want to apply themselves.

Cons

Ever changing guidelines that can sometimes be confusing. Still, you're allowed to learn and make mistakes.
