      what you like about the company when you're first hired will change once you've been employed with the company for over 6 months.

      Cons

      your schedule will change every quarter, so be prepared to make the sacrifice of your personal time.

      Big Opportunity for a Go-getter

      Pros

      SoFi is a very excited firm. Growth is explosive, yet responsible. There is a very apparent positive energy among employees and SoFi members who are all avid evangelists for the brand. When working here, you'll come across huge professional opportunities that are yours to seize. Effort and good work are acknowledged and praised. Intelligent "failures" are also celebrated as there is a culture of constant learning and improvement. SoFi takes really great care of all employees, making them feel valued and appreciated.

      Cons

      You really have to have a go-getter attitude as no one will hold your hand, particularly in your first few weeks. SoFi is not established in many ways, particularly lacking internal systems and formalities that can be frustrating and hurt productivity. That said, these "issues" are acknowledged by management and are constantly improving.

      Pros

      The team there is incredibly collaborative and values team members' opinions. Inspiring executive team. Love how rewarding it is to see the impact SoFi's work is in the world. Unbelievable perks, a delicious cafeteria with healthy food, student loan contribution, subsidized gym membership, etc.

      Cons

      A little tough that the SF office hasn't increased the headcount in over a year. Would love to find more space and grow the office.
