Hi! Thanks for the candid feedback, we're so disappointed to hear you did not enjoy working at SoFi. We have an ambitious goal of transforming the way people think about and interact with personal finance, which creates a really unique work environment. We're sorry if your mental health was affected, but we hope you were able to take advantage of some of the benefits we have to support our employees' wellbeing. You may have left before we rolled out our revamped manager training for new managers and newly promoted managers, which is designed to give them the tools to manage with empathy and best support their teams.
