      A fantastic place to interview and work

      Pros

      - Very transparent interview process, with great communication throughout and very clear timelines - Great onboarding process - Good working culture. People work hard and there's a ton going on all the time, but there's also solid work/life balance and people are understanding that you need a sustainable mix to be your best.

      Cons

      - It's a big company, so it has all the typical challenges of lots of meetings, stakeholders, etc., to get the job done. It also moves faster than large companies I've been at, so it's a nice pace overall.
