SoFi has been an incredible environment for professional growth. I’ve had the opportunity to ship several products at a fast pace while maintaining deep ownership over significant areas of the user experience. What makes the work truly rewarding is the design and product team. SoFi has a uniquely supportive and friendly culture that balances speed with genuine mentorship.

Cons

Deadlines can be tight so oftentimes you have to sprint on work in a rapid pace.
