Pros

- Recruiter was incredibly responsive, transparent and was a very good advocate through the entire process. - I was interviewing for a new team but the people i spoke to from the other team were very transparent about the culture, team setup etc. - Process did not have too many surprises.

Cons

- Not much clarity on how refreshers, work. Tough for a candidate to make decision without this information.

Pros

Working as a SoFi Originations Agent at SoFi Bank has been the most rewarding experience I’ve had—both personally and professionally. From day one, SoFi has made it clear that employees truly matter. This isn’t just a workplace; it feels like working with family, not just co-workers. The culture at SoFi is unmatched. Leadership genuinely listens, employees are seen, heard, and acknowledged, and hard work never goes unnoticed. I’ve never worked for a company that invests so intentionally in its people while also empowering them to grow, succeed, and be their authentic selves. SoFi also offers the best work-life balance I’ve experienced. There’s a strong respect for personal time, mental health, and overall well-being—something that makes a huge difference in both job performance and happiness. Being part of SoFi has helped me grow my skills, confidence, and career while feeling supported every step of the way. I’m proud to work here and truly grateful to be part of a company that lives its values every day. If you’re looking for a place where you’re valued as a person, not just an employee, SoFi is it.

Cons

The role can be fast-paced, especially during peak periods, which may take some adjustment. As a company that continues to grow and innovate, change is constant, so being adaptable is important. Performance expectations are clear and goal-oriented, which is great for growth but may not suit those looking for a less structured environment.
