The days are never boring as there is always a new pattern to be identified and mitigated

Cons

Fraud never sleeps so it's possible to have to work at 3 am randomly without warning since you're on call 24/7 365

Competitive pay, great benefits, open concept work space

Cons

The company grew too quickly and has a veey poor, unskilled management team, often making snap decisions and changes in procedure and policy that are difficult too implement. Very little support is offered from an unseasoned over worked and poorly trained management team.
