Pros

Managers absolutely care about your career growth, in some cases even more than you do. As long as it’s not abused, employees have a lot of freedom when employees need to leave work to run errands or deal with family issues. The work is always changing and the company makes it a point that if you don’t like what you are doing. Try to change teams before companies. Coworkers and management are friendly and companies meeting can be corny but they feel genuine. Great learning environment

Cons

Your team can be spread throughout multiple offices so your manager may only know you through a screen instead of working by your side.

Our Operations organization, like many teams at SoFi, is metrics-driven so we can stay focused on our mission of helping our members achieve financial independence. Perhaps you left before we started rolling out our new manager training to give them the tools they need to support and inspire their teams. great benefits, paid by company; good work environment; no cold calling, only work with leads that call you or start an application on their own

Cons

no commission offered for the sales team, employee facing software is lacking
