Thank you for sharing your SoFi experience with us. We're glad you enjoyed the work environment, but are sorry to hear you didn't feel there were amble growth opportunities. We've listened to feedback like yours about the need for more defined career pathing, which our People Team is developing, beginning with our largest teams, Engineering and Operations. That being said, we're disheartened to hear your experience with management did not meet your expectations. Perhaps you left before we started rolling out our Manager Onboarding Program, which is designed to give new managers everything they need to know about managing people at SoFi, from how to foster inclusion and belonging on their team, to building their personal leadership brand. Our goal is to give all managers the tools they need to support and inspire their teams to do the best work of their lives.
