- Lots of room for exciting projects and opportunities (weird/creative ideas are actually considered) - Culture of kindness and respect for work/life balance - Everyone is genuinely capable and ready to work - Compensation + bonus plans

Cons

Standard compliance and process guidance can drag down ideas and make timelines longer. (As expected for a bank though)

Cons

Well below industry pay. Overlays on govvy like no DTI over 55% on VA loans. Slow to make decisions for the better. Quick to make decisions that negatively affect you.

Once a great place to work quickly let greed ruin their company culture

Pros would be pay, salary, or compensation.

Cons

The cons would be lack of vetting for hiring fraud professional’s. The people who are hired look good on paper but most of the time gut the organization while not doing any real work to improve the company. I personally worked with multiple people who had no fraud experience which in turn cost the company millions of dollars.
