      Instead of 401k match, we get the equivalent as a salary bump

      Great Team, Department, and Risk Function Leadership

      Pros

      Strong team, manager, and execution focus. Accessible functional risk leadership that care. Great problem solvers that balance between growth, controls, and risk oversight.

      Cons

      Tons and tons to do! Limited risk resources but a commitment from leadership to increase in near term. Lack of Engineering support for most key projects. Need greater investment in people and foundatitonal tools to be successful long term.
