It is exciting to work for such a forward thinking company. One of our mission pillars is 'Make your footprint big than your foot', this lived everyday. People go out of their way to think outside of the box, make sure something is corrected or simply ensure that our member are well taken care of. Each Thursday the CEO broadcast to the company for 15 min to explain what we are doing, where we are going and addresses questions from employees, really cool.
