It took over a month to negotiate employment agreement. Recruiter rarely responded to emails and calls and when she did it was usually days later. If you fit a specific gender and ethnicity you are a fit for the product organization otherwise you are pushed out or pushed around . There is an “in crowd” and if you’re not “IN” it... watch out! ! Many employees are unhappy and actively seeking out new companies. Every week team members quit. Empty promises about creating a “world class culture” but no accountability for team or managers to build culture. If you like working in a demeaning and disrespectful environment with unhappy people all around, this is the place for you.
