Pros

The culture is amazing, work life balance, free insurance, good benefits, free snacks and food. Pretty laidback environment. You’re given a lot of responsibility if you want to, your ideas are valued and you’re encouraged to contribute.

Cons

Constant changes, if you’re someone who does not handle change well, this is not the place. Policy and procedure changes are effective day of & you will be held accountable.

Good Benefits Decent Pay Pretty easy job 3+ weeks of training

Cons

Expectations are a bit volatile. One month they may be focused on one thing and the next month something else; kind of have to hope you're good at what they want that month. Very little recognition for good work. Seemingly random distribution of bonuses, employee of the month, and so on.

*In the early days, there was tons of room for internal mobility and growth regardless of your age, as long as you performed. *Fair pay and excellent benefits *Building products that matter and help young professionals

Cons

*Became political and inefficient *Failed to retain top talent *Management did not understand the day to day of the business as well as they should have to make large strategic decisions *Became too much like a call center - focused on cost rather than the customer and employee experience
