- Transparency at all levels of management, including weekly "ask me anything" sessions with CEO and other executives - Live the values, particularly putting members interests first - Great product portfolio and growth opportunity - Supports fully remote employees or at an office, as desired

Cons

- Currently the growth/fintech market segment is down so stock is down (but so is almost everyone)

Great company/ benefits Great training Great hiring and interview process Lunch cards Hiring process was very fast and smooth. Recuiter was friendly and enthusiastic. I had 2 rounds of interviews, 1st was with the supervisor and 2nd was with the department manager. Overall a great interview, it was very relax and friendly that lasted about 30 mins each. Easy behavioural questions that relates to the company’s values. Interview questions focuses more into getting to know you and your work ethic. The facilatator in my training class was very knowledgable and engaging. It’s unfortunate that i was unable to continue due to family emergency. I highly recommend the company based on my experience.

Cons

Low hourly pay compared to other companies but I guess the lunch card compensates it.
