Pros

Good pay. Good benefits. Good products. Genuine CEO that provides transparency and cares about employees and customers. Permits full-time work remote. Weekly check-in with direct manager designed to help the employee steer the career path. Permits internal transfers, promotes internally, and re-evaluates pay according to market cap when considering promoption. Provides other compensation and awards depending of performance.

Cons

Fast moving. Lots of information. Drinking from a firehose at times. Heavily regulated by industry; trainings, compliance, and so on. Cons are honestly not much different than most companies. It really comes down to the people and not the company, if we're being honest.
