Pros

SoFi has a great culture and people. There are many managers that are willing to help you grow. The benefits and compensation are competitive, in my opinion.

Cons

It is challenging to get more staff at SoFi, which adds a lot of pressure on teams meeting deadlines.

We're so happy to hear you love working at SoFi; it's our goal to create an environment where everyone can thrive. That's why we're continuing to listen to feedback from our employees and are creating programs that help our people bring their best selves to work. One of these programs is around Manager Excellence - we've just re-launched our manager onboarding program, which includes tools and trainings to enable our people-managers with the support they need to lead and inspire their teams. Plus, later this year we will launch a new 6-month training program for new managers and newly promoted managers. We're excited to roll this out to you! If you'd like to continue this conversation, we welcome an email at glassdoor@sofi.org. Thanks for being a part of our SoFamily!

We see feedback as a gift that will only help us continue to LI^2 (learn, iterate, and innovate) so thank you for sharing your experience. We're thrilled to hear you are enjoying your time at SoFi - we agree that we get to work with some of the industry's most kind, intelligent, and dedicated people who are helping to transform financial services as we know it. If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to share your feedback (and solutions if you have any) around process/infrastructure efficiency with your manager so we can create an action plan to fix it. We hear you about 401k match and let us assure you it is top of mind for our Benefits team as we continue to evolve our offerings. Thanks again for the feedback, and for being on this journey with us! Take care.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your SoFi experience. We're grateful for our dedicated and hard working Ops employees like you who are helping our 3.5 million members reach their financial goals. Our benefits offerings did not change mid-year other than during our regular open enrollment each August. During this time we offer employees the opportunity to change their benefits selections. We re-evaluate our benefits offerings annually, but there have been no major changes in the last year other than we increased parental leave. All deductibles, copays and other coverage remained the same with no charges. If you have any additional questions about our Benefits offerings, you can find a plethora of resources in the Workday Benefits mall, or you can reach out to Benefits directly. Thanks again for the review - we hope your experience improves.
