SoFi's mission and principals are set up in such a way that the business is always learning and growing. There is never a shortage of new things to do and learn, and at the end of the day the result makes meaningful differences for people.

Cons

The cross-over between tech and financial regulation can be tricky to navigate as new regulations emerge.
