      There is always a better opportunity somewhere else!Benefits, a food card

      Cons

      Where do I start? High turnover due to bad managers, racist overtones by the higher ups, constant threats to your job by a tiny little man, no HR to complain to when you have valid employee complaints. ZERO transparency but they preach TRANSPARENCY.

      Needs a Ton of Work

      A huge amount of potential.

      Cons

      Everyone is competing for resources, very rarely have shared goals or incentives which make it next to impossible to move things forward. Culture has no ownership or accountability and this mindset is prevalent in leadership on down. Rudderless.

      SoFi is So GREAT!

      Pros

      Open collaborative environment. Weekly communication from upper management so we know actually know what is going on. pre-IPO with tons of potential. High level of autonomy in your job and tons of career growth potential. This is a company that is easy to believe in and not lose sight of what we are doing. We truly impact our customers in a way that is tangible, visible and potentially life changing. The people who work here want to be here and are working toward a collective goal, make SoFi the best it can be for our customers and employees. All the drama has been dealt with, left behind and we are only looking forward. This is a fantastic place to work. There are also incredible benefits/perks and the location is second to none!

      Cons

      Like any company that grows at mach speeds keeping up is sometimes challenging. Keep striving to improve.
